You have the freedom to discontinue your service(s) with CHB Group at any point. Upon receiving your cancellation request, you will get confirmation that your refund process has been initiated within 30 days. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) business days from the time of your request for the refund to be processed. Note that it may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, subject to your credit card company's policies.
